Magnesium is an essential mineral that plays an important role in hundreds of biochemical reactions in the body.
 
Not all forms of magnesium are the same.  Epsome salt, magnesium sulfate is a synthetic form of magnesium that is toxic to the body.  This magnesium spray is made from magnesium chloride, the most bioavailable and longest lasting form of magnesium available.
