Magnesium lotion has many benefits.

To make a stable emulsion and to ensure no microbes grow in lotion, you must use emulsifers and a broad spectrum preservative. I used as much to be effective, but as little as possible since they are ingredients I do not normally use due to higher toxicity ratings.
