Wild yam contains a compound called diosgenin that mimics estrogen and progesterone. Diosgenin is a plant steroid classified as a sapogenin. It is extracted from the roots of Dioscorea wild yam and is commonly used as a precursor in the formulation of synthetic steroid compounds such as progesterone and cortisone. Dehydroepiandrosterone or DHEA is a naturally occurring hormone that serves as a precursor to the production of several other enzymes and hormones such as testosterone and estrogen. Diosgenin is often referred to as “natural DHEA” as it also serves to regulate estrogen levels. When made under laboratory procedures for dietary supplement formulations, DHEA is often synthesized from wild yam or diosgenin. It is a phytoestrogen that is chemically converted into biologically identical progesterone as that of the naturally occurring form of the hormone. As such, diosgenin is claimed to promote progesterone levels and help maintain its normal levels in the body. Most women experience a variety of physical, emotional, and mental changes associated with hormonal imbalances. This is especially applicable among menopausal women. It is believed that diosgenin supplementation may effectively support women’s health as it helps prevent hormonal imbalances and prevent rapid distortion in estrogen and progesterone levels. In effect, it may help prevent osteoporosis, mood swings, irritation, and other symptoms associated with hormone level changes.

Vitex has been shown to help balance of estrogen and progesterone during the menstrual cycle and may alleviate PMS symptoms. Vitex has been shown to help re-establish normal balance of estrogen and progesterone during the menstrual cycle. Vitex also blocks prolactin secretion in women with excessive levels of this hormone; excessive levels of prolactin can lead to breast tenderness and failure to ovulate. Vitex contains several different constituents, including flavonoids, iridoid glycosides, and terpenoids. The whole fruit extract, rather than one of its individual constituents, appears to be necessary for the medicinal activity of vitex. The benefits of vitex stem from its actions upon the pituitary gland—specifically on the production of a hormone called luteinizing hormone (LH). This indirectly increases progesteroneproduction and helps regulate the menstrual cycle. Vitex also keeps prolactin secretion in check. The ability to decrease mildly elevated prolactin levels may benefit some infertile women as well as some women with breast tenderness associated with premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

2oz glass jar

Jar should last 2-4 months depending on the dosage application of once or twice per day. It will take some time for hormones to adjust and respond. You may see positive changes in as little as a couple days, or it may takes months. We must remember it took time for our hormones to get out of balance. It will take time for them to come back into balance! This cream is a holistic approach to dealing with a very complex issue.

    Thank You Jesus!

I am so thankful to the Lord, for inspiring you to create this product. I wasn’t experiencing hot flashes and night sweats consistently, but when I did; it wasn’t pretty. Using the cream has made such an impact. I have rested easier without swimming in sweat or being overtaken by an internal sauna. Thank you so much.

    Wonderful product

I got pushed Anna's Wild Yam cream on Tiktok back in August and I immediately ordered it. I still haven't received it(jan 2024) so I went back to TT looking at maybe making it for myself and that's when I found Andrea making hers. I ordered it arrived and it stopped the hot flashes(10day) I was having immediately. Now I wish I could just cancel my order for Anna's spoiler I can't. But I digress this cream has been helping me so much and I will continue to order it. Thank you Andrea!

I got the menopause cream as a gift from my sister in December. I started using immediately and I can honestly say that it truly works! No more sleepless nights nor hot flashes. My 2 daughters are using this cream also an it is also helping them out with their monthly periods and sleep! I recommend this cream to my family and friends! Thank you!

    Amazing

I been using this cream for a month now and I can see such a big difference in my cycle. My cycle has always been 7-10 days long, which I thought was normal, and 4 -5 super heavy days. This is the first time I’ve had my period for 5 days with only one semi-heavy day. I have changed nothing else. Thank you so much for this gift. Also, less hair on my legs haha 😊
