A mineral-based view of stress, resilience, and metabolic capacity.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a non-invasive test that looks at mineral patterns over time. Instead of a snapshot, HTMA reflects longer-term trends in how your body is responding to stress, nourishment, and environmental inputs.

This assessment is especially helpful for understanding why your body may feel depleted, overstimulated, or stuck even when you’re “doing all the right things.”

HTMA provides insight into patterns related to:

  • Mineral balance and ratios

  • Stress response and nervous system load

  • Adrenal and thyroid signaling patterns

  • Metabolic pace and energy production

  • Mineral displacement from heavy metals

  • Why certain supplements feel supportive or overwhelming

HTMA is not about chasing high or low numbers. It’s about patterns, relationships, and pacing.

Who this is for

HTMA may be supportive if you’re experiencing:

  • Persistent fatigue or burnout

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or poor stress tolerance

  • Cold hands and feet, low energy, or slow recovery

  • Sensitivity to supplements or protocols

  • Weight resistance despite “clean” habits

  • A history of mold exposure or chronic stress

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for diagnosis or medical treatment

  • You want aggressive detox or rapid intervention

  • You prefer lab values interpreted in isolation

My approach prioritizes stability, safety, and long-term resilience.

How the test works (fully remote):

  • You order your HTMA here.

  • A collection kit with instructions are mailed to you. I ship you a form, a scale, an envelope for your collected hair, and an addressed envelope to send you hair in to be tested.

  • Hair is collected at home or during a haircut as close to the scalp as possible in a hidden place.

  • Your sample is mailed directly to the lab

  • Results are delivered digitally

No appointments. No blood draws. No in-person visits.

Includes:

  • HTMA lab test

  • Full interpretation

  • FullScript access

  • Three structured check-in sessions over ~8–12 weeks

    • Session 1: Understanding mineral patterns & priorities. Setting up your plan in phases.

    • Session 3: Stabilization, nourishment, and next steps. Advancing through Phase 2 and into Phase 3 and into maintenance.

Choose the level of support that best fits your needs right now.
If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to start with the test alone and layer in support later via expanded ala carte health coaching.

My interpretation lens

HTMA results are interpreted through the context of:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Stress physiology

  • Metabolic capacity

  • Environmental and mold history

  • Food, lifestyle, and mineral support

This is an educational and functional interpretation, not medical diagnosis or treatment.

A note on pacing:

More minerals do not always mean better results. The goal is to restore balance without overwhelm, especially for sensitive or depleted systems.
