I have made this for Monday through Friday, with Saturday being a inventory day to see what's on hand, what's going bad or needs used up, and the shopping day, and Sunday being the actual prep day. I have made the boxes large enough should you wish to plan & prep all meals and snacks like I choose to do.
Serving our family is a Kingdom assignment, so is treating our bodies like a temple. Meal planning & prepping is a great tool to use to help us fulfill that assignment. Involve the kiddos too, and train them up to take care of their bodies early!
